Your roll labels are printed on premium Weatherproof Gloss BOPP Labels. Additionally, we offer premium Weatherproof Sheet Labels in various sizes, available on 8 1/2 x 11 Label Sheets.

For orders under $10, we ship via First Class Mail without tracking. If you require tracking, please message us for a tracking upgrade.

Please be aware that we provide design assistance beyond the Design Center, where you can incorporate images, text, etc., into your labels. Contact us for more details on design help.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email link to our Design Center to upload/design your label. After submission, our team will review it for quality and send you a professional proof of your design for approval. Note that it is one design per order.

If you approve your proof by 5 pm EST, your order will ship the next business day. Orders weighing less than 4 oz will ship 1st Class Package without tracking. Orders weighing less than 1 pound will ship 1st Class Package with tracking, while orders over a pound will ship Priority Mail with tracking.

We guarantee a hassle-free experience. If we make a mistake on your order, return it for a full refund.

Ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot update addresses after the order is placed. In case of an incorrect address, we may have to cancel your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to wrong addresses, and if items are returned, a $9 Priority Mail Remailing Fee will apply.

We are not accountable for postage delays, and if you need labels by a specific time, please contact us. While we strive to ship the next business day after proof approval, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.

Lastly, a friendly reminder about 1" labels: they are tiny and suitable for small logos or simple information on small objects. Text should be thick/bold for clarity. If you have not reached out within 30 days of receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot assist further.
